If we train regularly and eat a healthy diet we will not develop diabetes. When speaking of blood sugar, normally the lower it is the better for us. On average, the blood sugar level of people who eat a healthy diet and consume smaller quantities of food is almost 65% lower than the rest. Sports and training are an important influence in lowering blood sugar levels because the muscles have a better capacity to assimilate and burn glucose.
